Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SummonMind collects, why, and how it is protected.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, phone and organization.
• What your organization puts into the platform: business data from connected software (for example Tally or Odoo), documents and messages.
• Payment records (the card or bank details stay with our payment provider, Razorpay).
• Technical data: log-in times, IP address and browser, to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

To provide the services you bought, to keep them secure, to bill you, and to answer you. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Each organization's data is kept separate. Inside an organization, the roles its owner sets decide who sees what. Our staff access it only to support you or when the law requires.

AI providers

To run the agents, text you send may be processed by AI providers on our behalf, under agreements that do not let them use it to train their models.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your organization has an account, and as long as the law requires after. You can ask for a copy or for deletion by writing to us.
