3. AI-Generated Content

Our services generate content and prepare entries with artificial intelligence. AI output may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving it before relying on it or sending it to your accounting or other systems.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant SummonMind the limited rights needed to process and store it to provide the services.

5. Intellectual Property

The SummonMind platform, software, design, branding and documentation are owned by SummonMind or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform works with third-party software and services (for example Tally, Odoo, payment and messaging providers). We are not responsible for their availability, content, security or practices.

7. Fees and Payments

Paid services are subject to the prices, billing cycle, taxes and payment terms shown when you buy. Unless the law requires otherwise or our refund policy says so, payments are non-refundable.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, create a security risk, fail to pay, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the services at any time.

9. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be unavailable for maintenance, technical issues or reasons beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SummonMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.
