Refund Policy

Plans and agents are paid in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly).

Cancelling

You can stop renewing at any time; your agents keep working until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for a period already started, except where the law requires it or we could not provide the service. If you were charged twice or by mistake, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount.
